So I log on and get a PM. Man was I surprised to get a PM from some guy on a 650 Fly saying he appreciated my comments. This guy is traveling up and down the coast showing this yacht to high rollers at mega dollar events and he takes the time to PM this nobody that owns a 1976 canoe. Do I feel special?? H$LL YEAH!!

He doesn't do this because he works at Sea Ray, he does it because of who he is. By chance he works for SR and they are a better company for it.

 Sea Ray didn't MAKE canoes in 1976,,,,,, so I guess that means ya ain't a nobody neither,,,,,,,,, eh?

I got one of those from the same mystery stranger about a fairly insignificant post question I had and he went into full details explaining all aspects of several points of view. It was surprising and I truely appreciated it. Amazing guy.

Sea Ray may be targenting a higher level of clientele now, but their employees still remember and assist us from their past to their credit.

That sir, is the essence of Rusty Higgins.

Have to say the same thing about him too! He was most helpfull and even called me about the bilge paint issue we had. Told us how to do fix it, but in the end we had to have a Marina do it as we ran out of time. Seemed a really nice genuine guy and they are a bit like "hen's teeth":) We are just so annoyed that we didn't realize the 650 was in our town, would have loved to have bought him a drink. Do hope it's going to come back sometime.
