Hello,
Haven't been on in awhile due to some personal issues. Went out a couple weeks ago and on the return the stbd engine would not start. After returning to the dock I noticed it would start for a couple seconds then sputter and die, but it was in gear, would not start after that. This is a 2008 Sundancer 38DA with 8.1L engines and V-Drives. This weekend I tried starting the engine again and same result, starts then dies (sputters) but is in gear. I can't get the engine to restart again unless I wait about 1/2 hr, then same result. I checked the plugs and they look OK compared to the port engine plugs which runs fine. The intake mesh filter is clean, fluids are OK. Seems like the engine is flooded.
Any help is appreciated,
