I was previously in brackish water with high salinity. I installed two mercathodes in series to fight the corrosion on my Bravo 3. I am dry stacked now in my new location. Will leaving them connected hurt anything? Disconnect them?

They should only conduct current while in the water :) so you should be safe.

But I would probably just leave one in place and stop running them in series. Running them in series uses more power (up to ?400-500 mA each set) when you are out. I guess you have used 2 x Blue Mercathode boxes on each engine? Going back to single would 1/2 the current draw and save you the 400-500 mA.

For power consumption you could always check with an (cl)amp meter on the 12v + cable on the cathode boxes.
