Mercruiser 3.0 knocking noise

Couldn't watch video but have a suggestion through past experience.
I had a knock going after i did a top end rebuild, was chasing all over.
Wound up being a worn rocker arm, underside was worn, knocked against the push rod on the bearing washer. Couldn't see it visibly, was only found by luck.
Shake each rocker to see if one is sloppy.
