Mercury 15hp impeller change???

Anyone done one? I've done the mains plenty of times but never an outboard. Is it easy and should I buy the kit or just the impeller?

I did mine a few years ago, I don't remember exactly how it went but I don't think it was too difficult. I would buy the kit if it comes with gaskets.
