Ya... That's not going to work for us ...we are a little impatient :)
Just kidding ...you have a monumental task there without a straight line in sight. Looking forward to watching your progress.... Thanks for sharing it.

Funny you should comment on the lack of straight lines. That is our task for this weekend.... Choosing the lines on the hull interior that will eventually become our finished walls.

I will be following this one. I have a 1990 Sundancer 310 that the Mrs wants to update. My biggest concern is with the V birth headliner. The rest I can do with a little help from the Mrs. Funny thing, I maintain the equipment that makes the spendy 3M sealant. I asked if I could bring home a paint can full of the stuff. Security said no.

That sealant is fantastic but expensive. I am looking at different options for the headliner and should have something on my blog within the next 3 weeks. You face the same weather issues I have. I have 2 more weeks...maybe 3 to get all of the interior plywood and fastening strips on before it gets too cold to cure properly.
    Thanks for following along.

Have you looked into the Taco Marine headliner track system? That was the route I was looking into. Just don’t know how the transition from flat to the curved step area would look in the V birth. Wish I could bring mine home to work on. Driveway is not long enough for that.

Awesome website and a very well narrated blog. The 460 is the perfect platform for this restoration and you guys are animals for taking on such a monumental project and saving this classic. The fact that I am procrastinating installing a teak and holly floor in the cabin of our boat because of the work involved really makes me feel like a big p***y after seeing this. Keep it up and looking forward to following your progress.

If I didn't have my brothers working with me...and a very understanding wife...this wouldn't be happening. We push each other and have fun working together.
Thanks for taking the time to read my blog.
