I have a 2005 240SD. I need to put a new lightbulb in my port bow navigation light (probably replace the starboard one as well). Does anyone know what the actual part #'s are for those light bulbs? Can I get them at a standard auto parts store?

There will be a Sea Ray part number in your parts manual (should be available online at SR's website, too). But that won't help at an auto parts store. However, some parts manuals also give the bulb number - and that will help. You could always look at a different model year for other sport boats, too - as long as the model in question has side lights, like yours, it will be good.

BUT... the bulb number is printed directly on the base of the bulb. I don't recall what it is, off hand - but take a look when you pull the bulb out if you can't find it in the parts manual ahead of time.

If it's the typical two-contact base, it "should" be a BA15D - BAyonet mount, 15mm diameter, Double contacts. This style of base does not use the shell as any sort of electrical contact; only the two solder nubs on the base. If it's the single contact style, then it's a BA15S. This is more often seen in automotive applications and uses the shell as (typically) the negative contact. The nice thing about having the BA15D is that you can use LED bulbs without worrying about polarity issues, as you can merely flip the bulb 180* in its base if it doesn't light. The single contact would require a re-wire.
