Need Assistance- Raymarine not much help

Well, I installed the A80489 adaptor cable. However, I cannot sem to get the depth, speed or temp information on my Axiom.

You may need to go in and manually set the data source for each of these parameters.

Can you confirm the fishfinder app is working and using the transducer?

Can you confirm the model or models of Transducers....there should be a tag on the cables. Its likely buried as the cables are usually very long and Sea Ray tended to wire tie the excess somewhere.

You may have multiple transducers, possibly 3 of them. Usually the speed and temp come from a ST600 or ST800. They will look something like this...

There is usually a second very similar mounted not too far away, and that is typically a Depth transducer. Both would likely have been connected to a Tri data display maybe an ST60.

The Transducer you are connecting up to your fishfinder is usually a separate transducer that is specific to the fishfinder. It likely does not have any speed temp functions.

Yes I have 2 transducers. They are connected together to my new adapter which in turn is connected to the Axiom. One is a speed/temp transducer(ST600 or 800) and the second I presume is depth. I cannot find a label, but is only has 3 pins. The system says it cannot find a data source.

I think we need to differentiate between dedicated fishfinder transducers and the depth, speed, and temp (DST) transducers.

The Y connector above will connect to a dedicated fishfinder transducer, and it has a molded plug (3 pin in your case) and likely does not have speed and temp capabilities, but it can be used as a depth source.

The ST600/800 speed temp and depth transducers (DST) do not have a molded connector and are usually connected to a Bi or Tri data display like a ST60 with a blade type connector. Based on what I know, I do not think you have this hooked up, so you will not have this data available. In order to get this data on the network, you need to use a converter from an old SeaTalk1 network, or buy an iTC5 and connect the separate speed temp and depth transducers to that.
