I'm planning to change all of my cabin lights to LED. Im buying all new fixtures from Marinebeam.com, and even adding some under cabinet lighting. I want to add a wall switch to control the new 5W galley light fixture, and I want to mount it on the wall. So I'm looking for a 12/24V SPST surface mount switch and everything I find is a panel type switch, meaning it fits in a hole. I don't want to drill a hole in the wall, I just want to mount it on the surface. Anyone have any suggestions where I can find a switch like this? I've looked on Carlingswitch and don't find it. I 'm sure something like this is available somewhere.

how are you planning to run the wiring. I suspect there will be a hole involved somewhere. Also, you may find better help if you updat your signature to show your boat year, model, etc. you will get specific advice. Lastly, don't you already have switches?

Bryan, the switch is built into the old fixture. After further review, I have decided to go with a wireless dimmer. I can hide the control inside a cabinet.
