Need your help identifying this part

Just purchased my 2002 S/R 240 SD. While cleaning cabinets in cabin...came across this strap. See pics. Have check parts pdf.....closest thing I can find is a part related to sliding cabin door. Could be wrong. Thanks for your help and Happy Thanksgiving.

It's used to hang from the Bow rail and run the line of a fender through the other end for quick hight adjustment
