Hello all. New to sea ray ownership (Not first boat) and new to the forum.
I have a 2000 190BR and am in need of a couple parts that are missing and hopefully someone will have the part numbers needed. 1) there seems to be a set screw that holds the center window in place that is missing. Currently the window slids up and down.
2) also seems there is a little bumper or cushion that is missing at the bottom corner of that window frame.
3) where the window rests when open in the bow, there is something missing as there is a screw hole there. Like a bracket or something. 4) is there a strut that holds the storage compartment open? Right now I have to hold it open with one hand while trying to pull a ski out with the other. Thanks for the help.

@Jcc0016 Here is a link to the Sea Ray parts manual for your boat.
https://s3.amazonaws.com/srweb-pvt-...ic/parts-manuals/2000__2000-190-BOW-RIDER.pdf

This should allow you to find the specific part numbers you are looking for. You can frequently order from a Sea Ray dealer or find those parts online. If you can't find them, maybe follow up with pictures of the specific locations.

For the struts (4), you can usually match length and PSI, and find a replacement part. I ordered mine on Amazon based on those spec. The spec are usually printed on the current part.

Thanks. I do already have a copy of that manual, but it does not seem to get down to the level of retail needed to find those parts.
Problem with the storage strut is that it is missing so I do not have any numbers to reference.

@Jcc0016 For the strut, the parts guide shows two of them. One is for the engine hatch, one looks like it is in the floor.

Both are shown in the diagram on page 6 and the parts listing on page 7 (pages 8 and 9 respectively of the PDF)

The engine hatch is reference #1, and shows specs of Sea Ray Part 638106 CYLINDER, GAS 60PSI 20"EXT X 12"COMP, which means you would purchase a 60psi strut that is 20" extended and 12" compressed.

What looks to be the floor storage is reference #13 and references two possible parts:
638106 CYLINDER, GAS 60PSI 20"EXT X 12"COMP (same as above)
826305 CYLINDER, GAS 40PSI 20"EXT X 12"COMP (a 40PSI strut that is 20" extended and 12" compressed.
I don't know this boat so I don't know whether it really has two different struts, but more likely since the lengths are the same those are just to different PSI options.

Ok here are a couple pics I took this weekend.
The first pic is of a hole that is in the mid frame of the center window? Should it be some sort of set screw to keep it from sliding up and down?

There are also these two holes in the outside of the frame on the center window. What goes in those,
Is it something so that you can gently rest the window when it’s opened?

No one know knows what goes in these holes?

No one know knows what goes in these holes?
One location could be a spot for a windshield bumper used while the windshield is open so it doesn't rub on the adjacent one. The other location could be for a snap. The snap would snap to a strap, typically where the windshield sits while open, which keeps the windshield from flopping around while in rough seas. That's how my 215WE is set up.

Don't know anything about your strut

Awesome, you might be right. Do you have pictures of how the windshield bumper is mounted or it’s part number?

I also have a hole if front of the pass window in the fiberglass. Is there a rubber bumper that goes there too or a rest for the window? Assuming it’s not for an antenna.

Here's a not so good photo of my windshield open. You can see the bumper keeping it stationed off of the cuddy. If you look closely to the right of that, there is a nylon strap that has a snap on it. While underway, you snap the strap onto the windshield to stop it from moving. Hope this helps.

If you look at the bumper it is stationing off of the cuddy. Next to that is a nylon strap that has a snap on it, which is by the passenger windshield. That is the strap that is used to secure the windshield if you want it open while underway.

Ok, so apparently there is a flat version and a curved version of the bumper. No idea which is needed.

Also do you know what is located in the center of the hinged window frame where i have a hole there too? Seems like it would be some sort of a set screw that keeps it from sliding up and down in the frame of the passenger frame?

Is that the 1st pic you posted? Inside the hinge? If so, I do not. Do you have a pulled back picture of what you are describing? I really can't tell what I'm looking at.

IIRC, I have a bumper on the bottom of my hinged windshield which you can see in the pic. Then I believe there is a second bumper (smaller length) at the top center of the hinged windshield (you can kind of see a shadow) that keeps the windshield from banging on the window. Now, I can't remember if there is also a snap added to the screw on the bottom bumper which allows me to attach the strap to hold it open the windshield or if its a separate screw hole.

Here's a 97 Signature 190. It has the nylon strap on the port side, as well as the bumper locations. Looks like the snap is added to the bottom bumper

Yes, in the first picture. I may have been incorrect in saying "inside" the hinge, rather is on the hinged side of the center window. The hole can seen is you sitting in the bow, port side looking across the windshield. The hole is in the center of the frame.

I'm not sure what that would be? It almost looks drilled out??

So, I think I figured out the numbers you need. For the top part you would need the shorter curved bumper and the bottom, the longer straight one. Then a male end snap head with screw to mount the bottom.

Then for the hole next to the windshield on the port side, get some 1/2"-3/4" nylon strap (nylon strap dog collar) , you probably only need about 6" or so, and attach one end with a male snap with screw in the hole. Be sure to also fill the hole with 3M5200 so it seals and holds. On the other end attach a female button snap to snap onto the window to hold it in place, or snap onto the male end on the the other end of the strap when not in use. It keeps it from flopping around.

ok, hopefully its not drilled out!
Thanks for your help in identifying the parts needed, would you also have info on the strap and how its mounted?
