Congrats and welcome! Check all available maintenance records to determine where you are for service requirements including the trailer. Check the bearing buddies on the trailer axels. And do it before you float the boat. Oh yah, put the drain plug in first too!

Thanks for the tips. I am bringing the boat to the local dealership to have them go through it. Anything particular I should have them look for?

Don't think there were any inherent issues with the SD lineup. (about the only recurring problem I have heard is the dang head door latch..of which mine broke a couple days before I had my 240 sold :smt009 ) Your dealer (sea ray ?) should be able to give it a good lookover.
