No AC on our 330 Dancer

Bought a pretty nice 93 330 Sundancer, and out of the blue our AC quit working. First week we had it in our harbor it worked fine, now nothing. It’s pumping water out real good, the control panel goes to AC and fan, and the fan spins fine. But the compressor isn’t engaging. I know nothing about AC systems. Any suggestions? It’s Marine Air unit, now Dometic.

Troubleshooting typically starts with the error code being displayed on the panel....any codes? Also those units are VERY sensitive to dirty evaporator coils......make sure to clean the "fins" very good and see if it cools.

No codes, and the coils along with everything else look very clean.

Yeah I had someone else say the same thing. Another person asked if we hit the reset button, to which I have yet to see.

It is a solid state relay that operates the compressor. They do fail and are cheap and easy to replace
