No power at anchor windlass switch at helm

On my 44DA, I went to activate my windlass and when I hit the master switch at the helm, the indicator light did not come on and the windlass would not operate. I checked for a breaker under the helm as well as the circuit breakers in the engine room and can’t seem to find a breaker or fuse. Does anyone know where I should look.
Thanks!

Isn't the windlass main circuit breaker in the enclosed box where the battery solenoids are? On my boat if I let the windlass stall raising the anchor it immediately trips the circuit breaker located in the enclosed box which I need to remove the cover and reset that breaker. Picture of mine which is common among many SR boats.

There are a couple of surface mounted breakers under the breaker panel in the engine room (forward of the port motor). One of them is 100A and should be labeled Windlass.

Also, inside the electrical box adjacent to the breakers is where the latching solenoid for the windlass is. You can check for power there. When I bought our boat, the solenoid wouldn’t stay on unless you held the main power switch at the helm. As soon as you took your finger off, it shut off. Replaced with a new solenoid (latching style of course) and all good since then…

Good luck!

This just happened to me last weekend as I went to set anchor for MarineMax's Aquapalooza. Nothing. Scrambled to get the stern anchor and move it to the bow, which saved the day. The culprit was a 22 year old 120 amp Klixon in the engine room. These things are hen's teeth now. Everyone is making the square boxes with the flip down lever. The square box, waterproof, ignition protected units are 20 bucks all day long. A Klixon, if you can find one, is North of 100. I may need to modify my wiring a bit to accommodate the square box.

I am having the same problem on my 1992 350 Express Bridge, but I have power to the control toggle switch and can hear the solenoids activate, but there is no power to the discount switch at the helm. I checked the breaker (little red button) and it doesn’t seem to be tripped. Is there another fuse some? Below is my breakers, any other places I look?
