Have a 1997 Sundacer with the 7.4 mercuries. Fuel injection, V drive. Starboardengine gets up to 3000 RPM, at WOT. Thebounce back and forth between 2800 and3000. Pulled the fuel/ water filter, had some water and junk. Replaced, same issue. Switch tank and ran off the port tank,. Portengine ran great, same issue. Did dump fuel treatment in both tanks. Thinking it may be the air intake so next step is to take off andclean. In the meantime ran the starboard engine at the dock in gear and starboard engine went up to 3500, 3700 no problem. Stop at that, didn't do WOT. Bottom is clean. Can the fuel pump cause this? How would one check it? Any one else experience thi
