Best Marina is one that is most available to you and meets what you want for ammenities. I have spent a few years at Treasure island, and that is not a bad one. I am now on Lake Pepin and absolutely love it, mostly because it is 20 minutes closer and there are different things to do.
It is all a matter of preference to what you want.
