Moving on to the next small fix. Has anyone removed the old steps that lead into our cabin? Can you post me a picture of what and how you did it? Please?

have someone smaller than you get down there and supervise the operationOh man that’s what I was afraid of.
I found a butt splice that pulled apart, probably when I was installing the new shift cable in that area. Simple fix, all better now.Put boat in for the season today. I find my aft main bilge pump won't come on when the float rises and won't come on with the helm switch. The red light on the dash lights up to show the float is calling for the pump to run but it's not. Also, my bilge pump counter registers the event so I'm guessing there is power to the pump. I need to put a meter on it tomorrow, Iran out of day light. Where does thisbpimp get its power? I want to check the fuse first. BTW, the high water pump does come on when I pull up on the floatvsovits hot power. Hoping I dont have to wriggle down there to swap the pump out.

Hi Everyone,
I am shipping my 1987 Sundancer 300 from Indiana to Cali and the driver is requesting a vertical height of the boat. Of course, I can't find this spec anywhere and Sea Ray isn't helpful. I don't have the spoiler on my boat, so the highest point is the top of the windshield. Any data you can supply would be much appreciated.
Steve
Thanks!Height from waterline to top of windshield is 7'.
Height from bottom of keel to top of windshield is 8'11".
