got the rollers from a website called All About Doors. (allaboutdoors.com) part#13272 $4.98 for the pair
now for the catch, although the dimensions seem to be spot on, they're not. I had to trim down the sides of the plastic part and then turn down the width of the steel hub by about 10 thousandths per side. otherwise, it bowed out the rigging that it rides in and it wont fit back in the door frame. if you know a machinist, should be no big deal

Good info! I just took mine out and it just needed a good cleaning and a little grease on the rollers. Will put it back in on Saturday.

One of my top set brackets on the windshield frame is stripped out.

Any suggestions on how to plug it and get a new hole?

Not sure if that would work. I was just looking at rivet nuts as a fix.

How about the black insert for the window frame too? Any leads on where to get that?

taylor made products for the insert,if they will sell to you.I heard they wont sell to individuals anymore.Could a helicoil fit that hole for the windshield?

I don't think there is enough thickness for a heli. I could try it, I have some handy.

Looks like the helicoil will work. There is enough material there to tap and install the insert. Have to wait till I remove the shrink...

It just took me 6 hours to install a new battery charger, and I'm still not done. No damn room in there to work!!

Charger done and working. Cabin door in and working. Both motors popped off. Next weekend we break out the buffin wheel.

Great! I got pissy after my GenSet started giving me a headache and got out with the tide yesterday. Tomorrow during the rain I'm going back down to try again. I've been reading up on the damn thing all night

Mine won't start. Weak spark I think, need to verify further. Do you have the 3kw Onan?

No, a Westerberke. It keeps blowing the fuses under the starter switch. It's an old unit

I think I need a new coil which is obsolete. Might just have to remove it and use the Honda on the platform. LOL

Did you see the new manual I found the other day

Also I got mine fixed today, cost $2.50! A wire leading to the elec choke was grounding out and was blowing the fuses.
You may want to check the pickups in the distributer before you replace the coil
