Finally went back. So I brought a 1/4 inch piece of wood and jammed it in and moved the shock up and took a mallet a whacked it back into the ball joint. Then I tackled the oring leak on my port trim tab. Then installed my new vbirth backings, thanks Sea Ray. Then washed the boat down. Got all the campers canvas's up. Next time back will wax it.Keep us updated.
Good job, looks nice Todd. If my boat didn't come with one I buy one!
Thanks IH. You newer model guys have the corian counters correct?
Hey, Degree of Fredom... Did you ever get to replace the plastic door slides on the galley (cabin) with the new rollers and tracks? I want to do that too and was hoping you had some pics. The drawing you got from Sea Ray is very helpful, but how do you get to the seven screws that are shown to be holding the helm to the starboard side of the cockpit to remove them? The SR people did not explain that one like they did for removing the front brackets (they said to remove the instrument cluster and use a long screw driver to get to those screws)! Please let me know how this all worked out if you did do it. thanks... John
