Did I misunderstand something on the Paris White for the engine paint color? They look "creamier" than the other white to me: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/bzdAZ7KS548

Perko P/N 0493009PLB2000 Sea Ray 380 with CAT 3116s. Any idea who's the manufacturer and P/N for the engine raw water intake strainers?
Pretty sure it's Perko either 0493 or 0500 with 2" inlet/outlets. There are zero markings anywhere on any of the parts, other than "IN" and "OUT". The Groco units I've found online don't look the same.

i am sure this has been asked but my searches on the forum are so far to no avail , so apologies for what must be a repeat question. What am I looking for in this model of air filter indicator, is it green amber or red somewhere, all I see is a spring
If the boat feels good at 19 or 20 knots then that's your cruise, right?Performance numbers
Full fuel
Full water, spares & tools
Clean bottom
One adult
STBD WOT = 2780
PORT WOT = 2783
did not use tabs
waste 20%
Data below using CAT fuel burn table
General Propeller first balanced and set these wheels to spec
we've taken them down twice now, approx 3/4" each time so we're down now about as much as we can be.
topped off both fuel tanks before test.

I then ran the incremental differences:
speed in knots vs. fuel burn INCREASE per 100 rpm:
If I look at the speed increases per 100 RPM, forgetting about the jump on plane speed increase, looks like the biggest gain per 100 RPM with the least increase in fuel burn is between 2200 – 2300 RPM.
Sweet spot cruise looks like 2200/2300 RPM

Dancer, thank you for the clear information.
What are your prop specs? With 22x24 props I am only getting 2600 wot and 17 kts at 2400 although it seems to vary from 16 to 19 depending on sea and wind conditions
We only got 2750 on sea trial in perfect conditions, empty tanks and geat conditions but there were five people onboard..
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
At the time of the December 2021 survey, the props were 22" x 24"
I am now 22" x 22.5"
My numbers were achieved with absolutely full water and fuel
I believe I added some significant weight with the removal of the carpet and the installation of the premium vinyl plank flooring - those boxes seemed to be rather heavy as I carried them out to the boat
She also is carrying nearly 200' of all chain rode
this is a 450 DA
Hope this helps.
