Not sure, I have seen that picture a lot, didn’t realize it was edited. Lots of videos of the fire, just have to post links to those. Of course those are probably edited as well

I'm very close to it. I get gas at the gas station right next to it ll the time. Checking 'as the crow flies' my mother is 4.5 miles from it and I'm 12.5 miles from it. My mother self evacuated the day after it happened. It was as bad as they say. When they 'detonated' the cars there were birds overhead that fell from the sky. There is a house with chickens and another with foxes (don't ask me why) and the chickens and foxes ended up dead 10 miles away. Last night me and my wife both smelled chlorine in our house. Not sure it was related.

In fact, this pic was my step-fathers truck, taken about 4 months ago. I was at Leake Oil when I took this. Leake Oil is the gas station I mentioned.

Yes I know and why I posted them. The original one is also real to an extent. It has been touched up so the sky looks like that, but the rest is real.

Damn. The original pic that's everywhere just seems to be too WOW. But, apparently it's legit. Very thankful I'm not downwind of this event.

My wifes friends sister lives in the projects about 1/4 mile from me. Apparently the county has told them to not drink the water but no other residents in town have been told that...ugh. I have a sore throat this morning but likely cold related.

There are still reports coming out of dead and sick pets in the area. They held a town hall last night in East Palestine and nobody from the railroad showed up. They stated they were in fear of their safety from the residents.

My mother tried to go to that gas station last night that I mentioned right next to the crash site and the road is still closed.

Very strange that I only saw this on the news this morning. I would have thought it would have made head lines a lot sooner then this. Sad state of affairs when the news can't report on real news instead of some political view.

I saw last night….. and to @SKybolt point… reporters shouldn’t be there either…… you have people wiping down the fallout off their cars and putting it into zip lock bags and sending it to labs paid for by the railroad….. what the heck?……. For one you can’t sue when you’re dead and two you couldn’t sue because the lab was paid for by the railroad
Where is pot hole Pete….. oh right yesterday he was blaming Trump for the derailment….. literally unbelievable
