Oil leaks can be a real pain to track down in a boat because you can't get under there easily like in a car.
Could be a couple of different things. Oil Sender? Rear main seal? Oil pan leaking? Oil Drain plug leaking? Timing cover leaking? Seal between timing cover and oil pan leaking? Etc..
Anyway, the first step is to clean the bilge, and then try to isolate the leak. Maybe get under there with a mirror to see if you see anything, or add some dye to the oil and then use the appropriate light to illuminate the dye and see where it is coming from.

take a good look at the mechanical fuel pump some times the spring will wear a hole in the top of them and they well leak oil also

After cleaning the bilge put some absorbent pads under the engine and transmission. they will help keep the bilge clean and will pinpoint the area where the oil is leaking from.

Thanks guys have socks down already think it is sending unit
