Just bought a 1981 Sea Ray Sundancer, 260. Has no outdrive, what should I start looking for??

You are probably looking for an Alpha 1 drive. Is that a thru hull exhaust coming out near the stern?

I really have no idea, theres one on the other side too
 
Its gonna be nice next year though, alot of the woodwork has to be redone, as well as upholstry. Were gonna be busy this winter
