Remember the government shutdown while BHO was in office? The "plan" behind that was to close as much public services in order to hurt the general public, so to create hostility towards the other party.

Right you are, I’ll look back and remember my little sister’s husband lost both his parents over two days at the same time our brother went onto a ventilator in the ICU. Yeah, real good times.
