Plasteak installer Jim Watkins of Cleveland Marine repair & Restoration this fall quoted me a price for 13k to do my install in my 2001 340Da. I guess he thought I was a sucker. So I wouldn't waste your time calling him. I had him do my 310Da. roughly 6 yrs ago with a subfloor and he charged me 3k. I talked to Plasteak about it and they we're confused why he quoted me so high. I went ahead and installed the Easy Boat Sol Nautik Flor myself. To do the main floor in my 340 and I had just under 1K in the materials including adhesive. I know a lot of people use DYI flooring which is considerably cheaper but there's reasons the products Pleateak sells is more expensive.

I did my 10 meter in Plastique due to all the curves and humps on the floor.

Used their foam underlayment and the correct glue.

Did the 1996 450DA in LV plank, as the floor is essentially, FLAT.

The Home Depot high end planks look far better, and are far more wear/damage tolerant than the Plastique.

Used the wonderful Plastique trim pieces on the 450 !

BEST !
