where does the Auto pilot, GPS and VHF get power? Is there a terminal strip under the helm some where?

On my boat there is a fuse block under the helm for the positive side and a terminal strip for ground

I will look again, but I didn’t see any fuse block or terminal strip... tks

There should be. On mine there are 2 terminal blocks. One hooked to the ACC Breaker on the STBD Helm Panel and the other is constant power direct from DC main breaker to individual breakers on the Port Panel.

@Capt Paul on my '98 400DA, power is run to a fuse block under the dash, and then the VHF, Chartplotter, etc. are powered on by an "Accessories" switch on the right side of the dash. My auto pilot has its own power toggle switch on the dash.

Your specific owners manual wasn't available online, but you can check it and it should have a wiring diagram. I found an older DB manual and it looks like you might have a switch for Depth/Speed or something similar that might power those electronics.
