When I signed in tonite I got notification that I had two new messages. When I clicked on the box it sent me to a page I had never seen before about downloading some service to view the new messages. I didn't do it and when I went back to CSR and clicked on private message, nothing is there. Anyone know what happened? Also if you sent me one....I didn't get it !!

Same thing happened to me about three weeks ago...don't open it. Delete

I won't report any weird happenings on here anymore because it falls on deaf ears.

The only pm's you get from this site will be under the notifications button. The ones that show up in the header is advertisement.
