Happy to report the closing on a purchase of a 2004 280DA, 107 total hours, generator, A/C, and all the other goodies. This boat is pristine as the original owner was extremely attentive to the boat. It's got the 496 Mag single which I wanted to save some bucks on fuel and maintenance.
Pictures to follow....soon.
Gotta love the wife. It was her idea to move up.
Since her name is Cherie, the boat will be named Cherie Amour.
Now if I could only sell the 240.

Now if the weather would cooperate...... :)

Congats Greg........Friday is looking good, and the weekend too.............a buddy of mine is launching his boat at Tradewinds on Friday, I saw your 240 there yesterday.

Ummm, about naming your boat after your wife, GOOD MOVE..........don't tell SeaHarley I said that.

Congrats Gredmer!
Should have named it "Just for Presentation"

Sounds like a nice boat.

I have better ones. Maybe he'd buy a few to offset the two loans.
Clean pictures of course.
Congrats on the new boat. As far as Doug goes I don't think it matters what pics you post. She could be in a Parka. I think he photoshops them until they're jusssssst rrrrright.

I bet you are glad you removed the "for sale" quote now  sorry I had too...Congratulations again!!!

That 496 is a great motor. Nice move on the naming strategy. I'm going to remember that for leverage if I can ever afford to move up again !

Congrats,

Jeff

The motor is very impressive. My 240 has the 350 mag and the 280 with the the 496 seems to perform better even with the extra couple of thousand pounds.

Congratulations on the 280.
You're gonna love it.

And yes, even though we love the 310, I miss the 270, single engine, fuel economy!!

Remember the Baltimore band named Crack The Sky, who had that cool song "She's a Dancer".........hmmmm

To late for Lee to use it because he took the high road, but it might not be to late for Greg.

Lee, I plan on leaving @ 1:00 pm on Friday to head your way.........with a few other BRYC boats.

I do remember Crack the Sky, in fact they are playing at the Recher Theatre in Towson soon. (I think that's where). Too late for me the name has been ordered and should be in place tomorrow.
