Quick fogging spray question

I would turn off the fuel line from the tank and run for a min or two to use up the fuel in the filter. Then fill with the mixture and go from there

So what you are saying is turn off the fuel and run the boat until it runs out of fuel and stalls. Then remove the fuel filter canister and fill with the 2 stroke and stabilizer and run it again with the fuel line still off until it stalls from the mix?

I wouldn't run it until it stalls, but long enough to drain most of the fuel filter so you have room to put the mix in. Not sure how long that will be.
