Radar Arch Antennas

Recently purchased a 2004 Sundancer 280 which has had most of the electronics replaced. They left the 2 ss posts on the radar arch with some pretty ugly caps. Contemplating either removing the posts and patching the holes or, simply adding back the domes/antennas for aesthetics. Can anyone tell me what was up there? Thinking i might try eBay to see if those are reasonably available.

IMHO, you should add something back on for aesthetics. Unless you’re really good and your patch will be truly blended, it will show and not look good.

I am certainly leaning in that direction - easy peasy just hope its easy to find and not too expensive. hate to pay a fortune for something that will not be technically used.

Find the nearest used boat parts lot, good luck with it. Place ad in this forum for parts you want, might luck out.

Put back new cheap GPS antenna's as dummies. These will work great, just cut the cable off.
