When I took delivery of my 360DA, it did not have radar installed so I installed the Raymarine Raydome.

Currently, I still have only the stock stern/anchor light mast that came with the boat without radar. I'd like to install the curved, higher light mast so the light will be more visible atop the radar (just like it would be if it had come from the factory with radar installed).

Can anyone tell me what part number this is - or where to buy it? I've searched the CSR site and Google without much luck. What the heck is this thing called, anyway?

Two Peas I took a 3' piece of 3/4 white PVC pluming pipe and hit it into for radar bracket then heated it with a blow torch and made a 90 degree turn to clear the radar. Then I cut the pipe to the height I wanted past the radar. Then I cut the pipe on old light and silicone it into the White 3/4 PVC pipe. Don't forget the add wire so it comes out the radar bracket

Two Peas,
Did you mount the radar right on the arch or did you purchase an after market mount? My boat came with a Seaview SS mount. When I added Satellite I bought a new Seaview Dual mount with the " Light bar". I believe this is the piece you need. I still have the old mount and lightbar that I plan to sell. I have just been too lazy to get around to it. Let me know if you are interested. Todd

Todd, I didn't use a mount - I just mounted the radome on the flat horizontal section moulded into the arch.

If you've got what I'm looking for, PM me and we'll work it out.

Thanks for the help.

Andrew

Check West Marine. I have a closed array radar dome and my nav / anchor light is still trippin. So I might just buy a whole new setup, it's only 50 bucks. I know the one you are referring to and they are usually made by "Perko". That's the folks that make ALL the light fixtures for the cockpit area. Good Luck:thumbsup:

Andrew,
The set up on mine is the 48" open array, I believe that was the option for radar on these boats as I have not seen anything but this unless it was owner added.
If you want the mast for that setup, the part number is
#1543750, Light,Nav.masthead, anchor-26"
Thats the listing from the parts manual for my boat and I double checked online for a 2002 and it is the same number
Hope this helps?

Hey My 3 Sons,

Is that a Perko P/N?

I have the same issue with my 48" open array that was installed just before I bought the boat - they disregarded the anchor/steaming light completely. I was going to buy a Perko combo light and fabricate my own post bent to clear the array but if they are available.....

Thanks Mark. I'll do a search on that p/n.

It sure would be nice if Lake Erie would get a little sunshine... too many days of below freezing temps lately!

Glen,
That's a searay part number directly from the parts manual for my boat.
Not sure if it's a Perko part?

8 more weeks and the shrink wrap will be off!
We're in the home stretch now :smt038

I have a 2008 260 Sundancer that I trailer. I have a Raymarine RD 218 radar that I am going to mount, but I need to keep the trailerable height under 14 feet. I found a 2" mount (ScanView - see ebay), but need to figure out how to remount the fold down all around light. I'm worried that the light will be too low if I just mount it on the arch so I'm trying to find a solution that mounts between the radar mount and the radome extending back far enough to allow for the fold down light to be installed just aft of the radome.

Any ideas?
