on my 1990 350 express, slightly to the starboard side of the radar on the arch, the fiberglass is warped in about a 5-6 inch radius and this allows water to pool and then leak into the boat. Has anyone else experienced this and how did you rectify ?

Is this a new thing? I'd start by inspecting for damage and then treat accordingly.

If this is just a freak thing and you determine there's nothing else going on - or the structural "damage" is minimal, then you could: sand, lay some layers of glass in, bondo, and finally re-gel or paint. There could be other ways to fix this, but it's hard to tell from where I am... ;)

I was actually thinking of using bondo & painting. You cannot see it unless your on a ladder on the back deck

FYI, when I say "bondo", I'm referring to marine bondo (although I guess regular would "probably" work). If the dent is shallow, you'll be fine with just bondo - but you might consider kitty hair to add strength to repair and/or the glass. But again, this is assuming there's no underlying structural damage... although I wonder how this could happen without damage...
