On my raytheon 41 xx the screen gets darker with every resolotion, after a while there is nothing on it at all, turn it off and back on and it works for a while again!!! any one have any ideas!!!!:smt100

Sounds to me like your crt display is on it's last leg!!! I would look on E-Bay to see if you can find a replacement or it might be time to upgrade.

Yeah, I'm not a CRT expert, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's not worth repairing. The good news is that 41XX's are plentiful. I spoke to Luke's in Harrison Twp over the winter and they had "a pile of them" in inventory.

Rollercoaster, thanks for the number but I really lucked out the other day. I was taking a walk on another dock and noticed a 40' express that had a brand new radar on it and the old 48" open array antenna was sitting on the cockpit floor. Long story short, the guy gave me his old open array antenna. Sea Ray people are the best!
