Mine went out over the weekend so I replaced it, not sure all the pieces where accounted. Seen a video showing I should pull the outlet lines off and get the rest, what y'all think?

Man I've seen a vein or two missing...but all of 'em? Wow. That bugger was ready to go. In a big way.

Before I'd go digging into your cooling system (which I would) I'd try to "mock" rebuild that impeller with all the bits, see what it looks like. It'll be very helpful to know how many parts you're looking for when you dive in.

Good luck!

looks like ive got most of it, 8 veins, looks like 7.5, just little pieces missing

I had one explode like that once.

I found all of the pieces in the front end of the transmission cooler and pieced it together.

I strongly suggest back flushing the cooler with a sock on the end of the hose to ensure you got it all back.

Removing it to inspect is better, but can be a PITA.

Did you run that with the seacock closed? Never seen one like that before.....Yep, it's a good idea to check for other pieces....
nope, im thinking it was the original, boat only had 260 hrs on it when i got it, im at 350 now

Glue it back together piece by piece like a puzzle, and account for all of the chunks.
