Raystar 125 GPS Replacement Options

I have a Raymarine E80 Multi device that constantly loses it's GPS (fix). I replaced the battery in the Raystar 125 last year and it worked for a little while... Now there is no led light on the unit (no FIX). I'm not sure if it's bad or the wiring to the E80 is bad. (it's connected directly to the E80 at the Seatalk port).. It appears that it should be replaced.

Should I use another 125, or 130, or RS150... I have also seen a Digital Yacht GPS150 that seems a little more reasonable in it's price. I definitely need some opinions...
