That's ashame. I'm reading a book (not without hope ). Four guys went out fishing, 70 miles & the boat flipped over. They managed to get the life jackets out of the boat. Still only one survived. Good book.

One rule my parents had and I have on my boat is if the boat is under way life jackets must be on. If they are not on the boat does not move. My dad used to do drowning recoveries and said never recovered one with a life jacket on. So it stays a rule in my family.
