Recognize this sun pad?

Does anyone recognize this sun pad? It came with my 2006 44 DB. I bought through a broker and was stashed in the midship stateroom. I have never been able to figure out where it fits. I think it is from a different boat. Broker had no clue. It measures 6x6 and is tri fold. It matches my canvas so I figured it was for my boat but remains a mystery as to where it goes.

It's NOT for a 390 or 40 Sundancer... At 6' wide, I'd bet its for a 44 or larger sized boat.
