I have a 2006 260DA that has a light colored red water drip leaking from the button snap holes in the very back of the boat. it happens on both sides, and seems to be standing water that has filled up inside of the fiberglass. Has anyone else had this?

Will this water degrade the Fiberglass?

The water is tinted from going through wood. Over time, it could delaminate the gel coat from the glass, and of course the wood will suffer. It looks like you removed all of the snaps - good. I would also remove all of the bimini mounts (may not be any silicone there) and try to give everything at least few days (weeks would be better) to dry out. It's not imperative to do it "this instant" so hopefully you can time to when you won't need the boat for a while. Then, seal everything back up with a good silicone, such as Boat Life - Life Seal.

I have actually done that before, but I think all I did was seal the water in more. What happened next was that one of the bimini mounts pulled right out of the glass. I let it all dry again, and re-set the bimini mount with epoxy, so they won't come out easily.

i need to figure out how the water is getting in there, or to figure a way to drill below and let the water drain into the bilge.

It's coming in from the bimini mounts. Mine did the same thing last season. When I remove the mounts there was no sealant used. Just screwed into the fiberglass. I dried it out and blew all of the moisture out with a can of compressed air for cleaning electronics. Then I used sealant and remounted the Bimini mounts.
