Looking at replacing carpets in the 1997 450DA as well as either teaking or carpeting both transom levels.
I know it’s best to prepare your own template as over the years much can change from boat to boat (as well as current carpets change shape and shrink so cant template off these), but question is, does anyone have or know where you can source a CAD drawing of the carpet requirement for this model?
Would very much like to get transom done as soon as possible and have seen some nice 450DA’s done nicely in carpets (including Sea Ray Logo) which I presume are off the shelf ones. Does anyone know if these can be purchased as a stock item?
We have good layers here in New Zealand of the EVA type teak if I decide to go down that track or possibly send CAD off shore to have pre fabricated. Carpet may be easier or quicker for transom area. If anyone knows where to obtain CAD for this model would be great.
