RM E`120 chart card

Seems Like Garmin is no longer providing E120 compatible CF cards. What is everyone doing to buy charts for these units? Has anyone tried buying Navionics+ on a SD card and using a SD to CF adapter?

Figured this out incase anyone is wondering. You have to buy the Navionics update card which is blank for $179. Then you use the existing card to activate the new card using a USB Card reader. Once the new card is activated, you select the charts you want and they get downloaded to the new card. All of this is done using their chart loader app.
