Hi,
So I installed replacement fuel senders from Royce Industries back around 2014-2015 and also got replacement floats when they determined that the float material had ethanol issues and sunk. Only had to replace one of the two I have... Until this weekend that is. Finally the other one caused enough issues that I replaced the float on it too.

Question -- In searching, it looks like they went out of business. Anyone have an idea of what this clip was for? Both of mine are broken and they were installed on the wiring at the top. I was hoping to get a replacement but that seems like a non-starter, and I cant see this red zip tie and clip on any of the images for Royce senders online. The clip is broken at the center of the "U" portion.

Just trying to figure out if its a critical part or not. As with anything gas fuel system related, extra caution is warranted.

Thanks
James

Get a Moller reed type no adjusting just measure your depth

Thanks. Will look into those if I have to swap them out. For now, both are working and reading properly. Just concerned about that clip and if it serves a purpose other than advertising who the senders were made by (on the red zip tie)
