Sea Ray 310 Vanguard EC Props

Can someone please tell me what props the 310 Vanguard Express came with? Mine supposedly came with 17x16 props, but the engines come up just shy of proper WOT RPM (3800-4200). It came with the 350cid inboards. WOT for them is 3700.

Do I need to go down to 17x15? About how much would those props cost?

I have one of these boats - don't think they made many - but mine was repowered with MX MPI Horizon 6.2 engines before I bought her. According to the survey done by prior owner before he bought her and repowered, she was originally on the big block Merc 454 engines and had 17x19" 3 blade props.

I don't know what's on her now, but in the cabin I have a pair of four blade 17x16 props which the PO had on to try and help him deal with a heavy following current in the long no wake zone on the river he kept her. He swapped them out before I took delivery because he said they never really helped much and he thought I'd prefer the original three blade props. I have no paperwork relating to the repower sadly, so I can't tell you what he had fitted, and the boat is in the water so I can't measure for you. (My WOT with those engines should be in the 4800-5200 range but I can barely get to 3900 - maybe she's over-propped and he left the original 17x19s on...)
