Marine upholstery, like marine canvas, is quite spendy.
In my opinion the easiest and lowest cost interior upgrades would be 1.) new flooring (vinyl), 2.) new appliances, 3.) new TV's...

Also, it's the interior, you don't spend much time there, just my opinion. I would think a canvas and/or upholstery shop could quote you a price on the seating and such. Flooring? Meh try cleaning up the carpet, vinyl replacement is BIG job. Tube TVs? Replace with Flat, fairly easy.
