I have a covered spot to keep my boat within my condo's security gates when it's not in the water. Overall the boat is pretty secure so I'm not too concerned with that aspect of my storage. That said, small stuff goes missing while I'm gone and sometimes I get to the boat and things around the boat and my sheds have been jacked with.

I want to put in some type of security camera to record activity within my area. There is no wi-fi where my 'slip' is so the camera would need to be either cellular or store video on an SD Card that can be retrieved via Bluetooth when I'm back in town if something is awry.

Does such an animal exist? Don't want to spend a fortune but if you have any suggestions, let me hear them.

TIA

I use Arlo Go cameras. They are cellular and battery or solar. I use them year round, including when the boat is covered for the winter. They are $20/month for the cell service

Dash cams are pretty inexpensive and store to SD card. You would need a 12v power source (lawn mower battery?) but could be a cheap alternative.

I think Arlo or trail cam might be your answer. Trail cams are made for long batter life outdoors, and tend to be motion activated. I think there are some that have cellular connectivity as well.
