Selling for Best Offer. For sale - one owner - 1975 Sea Ray SVR 180 with only 131 hours. The last time the boat was launched was in 1995 when it was moved from dry storage at Choto Mariana to my parent’s garage. At that time the boat took on water below the deck. The bilge pump was operational. We believe one of the boots is bad which is causing the leak. The fiberglass hull appears to be in great shape. I assume the fix would be reasonable. The boat has been buried under garage keepsakes for the past 23 years. The garage was recently cleaned out. My family would like the boat to go next. The boat has 23 years’ worth of dust and Christmas decorations all over it but it would probably look almost perfect once you give it a good scrubbing. The boat sits on a trailer. The only thing I can say about the trailer is that the tires hold air. The axels and hubs probably need to be greased. The interior looks great. However, I did notice a small tear in the vinyl engine cover. The engine is the original 190 OMC I/O. After new fluids and a battery the engine should easily crank. I believe the overall condition and low hours combined with the unknowns about the leak, trailer, hull, and engine brings the sale price to $5000. However, we will accept the best offer, the garage space is needed. The boat and trailer are being sold in as-is condition, the boat has not been water tested. You must tow the boat out of the garage and off the property. Call or text Jason Love at 205-807-0877 or send an email to jason.love@cellularsales.com. The boat is located in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Great boat and should be a really good project ….for someone. I would be interested if it weren't for the OMC Stringer outdrive. They just had too many problems and parts are few and far between. Switching to a Merc package is very doable but at your price and having to change the engine/outdrive I would be way too deep into it. I've got one now I'm just finishing that I am way over budget.

It's worthy of restoration and I'm sure someone will grab it soon.

Thank you for your comments. Our plan is to accept the best offer made for the boat. We’re not firm at $5000. What price do you think is more reasonable?

To find a boat like that in the condition it appears to be in - tucked away in a garage for almost 20yrs, wow! Almost impossible to put a true price on it, the person who buys it is going to be interested in it for the project, not because they want a boat to run around in. I would stick to the the $5k you posted - the person who really wants it will work out the selling price with you.

I purchased mine for $2500 w the trailer and it runs perfectly. 1971 SRV 180 w 120hp mercruiser.
