I can take a closer look to be sure, but it's probably just a matter of removing the vinyl and rubber trim inserts on the outside. You should find the mounting screws underneath.
Fortunately I haven't needed to mess with them because the PO of my boat had the windshield and side windows pulled and re-bedded.
