It seems that my sliding door is getting harder to open and close. When I look down at the track, it seems that it is getting bumpy. Is this a typical problem? Any ideas how to fix it?
Sliding door is rough - 420 DB

I had this problem on my 480db. The door was removed and the upper roller wheels replaced. Door is fine now. The parts are expensive - a couple hundred for the new wheels as I recall.
