Anyone know if they would have put them on a 1999 215EC ? Will be helping someone put one on stands and would be useful for placement of stands. Thanks

Boat isn’t big enough for sling locations. It’s getting hauled out in travel lift and set on blocks with jack stands so I suppose yard will make the call where slings go best as well as best locations for the blocks. Was hoping to hear from someone familiar with this size sea ray for what has worked for them. Thanks for your input.
Three blocks high, two blocks wide alternating position. Jack stands will not work, period.
Uh. I do know boats on blocks need side support from the stands. But that’s just for side support, not to support weight of boat, that what the blocks do. So whatever, I’m sure you know what you mean but it’s not translating but thanks anyway for your input.
Yes. I thought you must have misunderstood my post. I’ve blocked bigger boats in past. Yes I get the purpose of the stands. Just wondered where blocks and stands would be best on this small one but nobody here seems to have experience/ suggestions with this size boat so no problem. So in one of your threads about this, I stated that block(s) along the keel supports the weight and the stands only stabilize the boat from toppling over. I have done this a thousand times. Some people don't understand what they don't know. Your post implied stands by themselves, which won't work.
Thanks. That helps a lot.Really? Here’s a pic from the place I keep my boat. This is a smaller 24’ boat. Blocks hold the weight. Stands stabilize it. Pretty easy and effective.
Did you read your other post about this question? I'm pretty sure I mentioned it in there. It's, by far, NOT an exact science, though.but nobody here seems to have experience/ suggestions with this size boat so no problem.
I did now. Great stuff. Thanks very much!Did you read your other post about this question? I'm pretty sure I mentioned it in there. It's, by far, NOT an exact science, though.
