Hi
this season I noticed all my cruise that where I cruise and how much fuel I used and noticed some details (rpm, speed ,cruise time)

Before start cruise I noticed the total fuel that I used (ex 850litre at that time ) and when I turn back marina I wrote the total fuel again

now i wonder is smartcraft data is right ? Or how % it can make mistake (ex it can make fault data %10 ) or %100 right ?

I found my SmartCraft fuel consumption data to be very accurate. I would say within +/- 5% or better. But don't use it to "cruise longer" before you refuel :) And tanks have different measurements for "Fuel Available" vs "Fuel Usable" - so you might have 50 litres left - but maybe only 30 are usable.

I agree--I've found my smartcraft to be very accurate on my last two different boats (340 DA and 44 DA). Once set-up (e.g., gallons per tank, etc), smartcraft gives accurate burn rate, etc. I tested my 340 DA fuel consumption for several years between smartcraft and actual fuel use/burn and it was within ~5%. BoatTest.com believes smartcraft to be sufficiently accurate that they quote fuel consumption/burn rates by using the system.

BL: once set-up with tank size, etc, I've found smartcraft to be accurate, but I still check it against actual burn when I fill-up.

The thing about Smartcraft's fuel consumption data is that it is calculated based on the operating conditions seen by the ECM (number of spark firings/ time x fuel injection duration etc.) combined with the new engine design spec ( displacement, fuel injector flow rate, air volume intake etc.). Unlike a device like FloScan it is not actually measuring the fuel being consumed. So as the engine matures, and it starts to deviate from the original design spec there will be a deviation between the SC's calculated fuel consumption and actual. Keep in mind we are still talking about engines that are well maintained and tuned.
