I really enjoyed driving TTS roadsters but Audi kept all of its high performance models in Europe for the past three years. So, it was time for a change. So far, no regrets.Very nice - the 718 is a gorgeous car!
I was the same way. Bought the Porsche after tiring of Audis. One son bought a 911 last year and as an after thought took a test drive. Plenty of leg room and my head did not hit the ceiling. Ordered one the same day. You have to patient as it takes a long time to get the car.I never grew up with much of a lust for Porsches. In 99 I decided to give one a try as I'd seen a lot of them at the track. It wasn't my favorite car at the time but I was so impressed that you could wail all over it and it would just take it. I'm on my 3rd one now, a 997.1 GT3. I've had it almost 8 years and I can't imagine getting rid of it. Well, maybe for a 997.2GT3RS. :smt001
It amazes me how many owners here are driving higher end foreign cars. Me, I just sold my 2002 Suburban with 260,000 miles. It still ran perfect and looked like new. What did I buy, another Suburban, hopefully another 200,000 plus mile vehicle.

Had the three door hatchback and the station wagon with the wood vinyl side and plaid seats. Real lookers.
